I cannot say enough good things about my weekend at Timber Hills Lake Ranch. This was my first time hunting somewhere like this and I was not sure what to expect. I was treated like family from the minute I showed up. A group of ladies and I went for a deer hunt and had an amazing and relaxing weekend with the Timber Hills gang. The wildlife and scenery around are amazing sights to see. The accommodations could not be any better (comfy, clean, spacious and warm cabins). The food was above average, restaurant quality. The guides really cared about us getting the hunt we wanted and making sure we were all comfortable. They have a variety of stands and blinds to suit any type of hunter. Overall the experience was beyond amazing. The guides and staff at Timber Hills are what really pushed this experience to another level for me and I cannot thank them enough for an awesome weekend. This wont be my last time visiting Timber Hills, I am already planning a fishing trip.

We have taken at least 1 trip to Timber Hills each of the past 3 years & it seems to get better each time. I have yet to find a lake in the midwest with bigger bass than what we pull out of Timber Hills. 75% of the time we catch a 5 lb bass, and we've caught at least a 3 pounder every trip. The staff/management is excellent & as of 2018 the food is as well.

Paradise found. Peaceful summer getaway! Fishing while watching the buffalo, elk, deer (with huge racks), and fallow deer wander by at sunset. We added beer and steak, and can’t imagine anything better in the Midwest. Wonderful and accommodating hospitality. This was our fifth visit and I know we will keep coming back!
