Micah was so great with scheduling my water heater install. I had a lot of questions and concerns moving from a tankless to a tank unit and he answered every question calmly and with incredible patience. When I scheduled the install my tech was Andrew. He was far and above the best repairman I have had in my home. In the downtime we had while waiting he basically showed me how every system worked in my house. After the water heater was installed he went above and beyond to make sure I understood how it worked. I know a ton more about the workings of my house because of Andrew. If you are on the fence, book this company. They are phenomenal.

I can't say enough about Metro! There's a good reason they have really great reviews! I recently moved to the North Saint Paul area and back in July of 2020, our A/C wasn't producing cool air. Metro provides a very affordable quote and conducted the work fast, efficient, and honesty! Fast forward to December, our main water line has been leaking and I return to Metro for help. Again, the fact that their on-site individuals are so honest and helpful makes for a homeowner feel at ease. Chris Larson (plumbing division) and the office staff helped bring my water line up to code and stopped the dripping. Again, because of the honest work, I was given an affordable quote. If you have any heating, cooling, & plumbing issues - call Metro!
Metro did a full repipe of our house. Stacy and Chris were awesome. Great work, great communication. The project went very smoothly. Nick in the office was really easy to work with as will and went above and beyond to help us get everything in order prior to the project kicking off. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them.
While the customer service via phone was fine, the technician sent to my house was not. First he told me he could smell carbon monoxide - a good trick with an odorless gas. Then he refused to explain what had actually gone wrong with my furnace and left without providing a solution other than “Don’t turn it on. Someone will call you tomorrow about a replacement.” When it was 20 below outside. I immediately called a different company, who had someone at my house an hour later, clearly explained the problem, and had a planned solution before leaving my house. Ultimately, Metros estimate was cheaper, but they lost my business due to the very poor customer service of their technician.
From beginning to end of my furnace installation (Goodman) I was very pleased with the entire process. The number of times I called the office every one was very pleasant and answered my questions which satisfied me completely. The installers Al, Ryan and Tyler arrived on time Thursday morning 12/3/20, actually a little earlier then mentioned the day before, which was fine with me. All three guys were very pleasant to deal with from answering my questions about the installation/furnace to just general conversation. I watched the entire installation, not that I was concerned about their work, they were very professional, but intrigued myself of how it would be completed. Al was very attentive in the work Ryan and Tyler were doing, assisted both in their work answering questions. When they were done the area was cleaned up swept, trash removed, etc... The completed project looked better then the old furnace install. Because of how pleased I am with how Metro Heating & Air handled my purchase/installation. I do plan on calling for a new central air to also be installed. The two old units are 27 years old. Thanks Metro for a great experience!!
