For the price it just is not as good as it should be. Some flavors seemed more interesting in theory than in practice and the space is small. It's a beautiful location and there wasn't anything wrong. It's more that there wasnt enough right

Excellent French Cuisine restaurant located in Maplewood NJ matched with excellent service. We have been to Lorenas many times and have never been disappointed. The menu has been slightly changed recently due to accommodate an outside dining atmosphere since COVID-19. our recent visit we ordered the Lobster Roll, Farfalle with Shrimp, Halibut, Crepe and even a Royale Burger stuffed with foie gras. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The deserts are amazing too. We had the tahitian vanilla bean cheesecake, lemon tart, and trifle. I highly recommend visiting this location when in the Central Jersey Area.
This place sure knows how to satisfy their customers. Regularly with a super nice demeanor. The food is conveniently priced, constantly delightful and clean.
The place serves big dishes and for reasonable pricing. welcoming employees. Will visit again.
Nice place to have a romantic dinner. The wait staff was attentive and the food was nice. They just changed their menu, so that took me by surprise. But it was still good. Just not as special as I remembered the first time we were there.
