These guys are rude and treat you like trash if you dare go there to buy parts to do service on your own car (such as brakes and spark plugs) I was also almost hit by one of the employees of their location across the street and was given the finger by a young kid clearly wearing clothing they provided. Towne stinks.

After being assured Towne Maserati, of Buffalo, was the best place to have my car serviced - I've not had good luck. Initially, I had the car picked up to have the oil changed. I unfortunately my Ghibli came back with a variety of issues, but the major issue was a LARGE dent in my front bumper, as well as a dislodged parking sensor. The driver did not take the blame but eventually claimed it was due to \possibly hitting it at a car wash.\ Several months later, the car is still not back to the condition it was originally in and they've \Done the best they can do.\ The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars is because Sam Garofano was extremely helpful during the process and went above and beyond to help. That being said, my car is still not in the condition it was in when I purchased. Take your cars to a mechanic you can trust, not Towne Maserati.

Sam Garafano the service manager is very accommodating and takes great care of customers. I've been there twice for tire work and he's always taken super care of me. I got to meet their techs Bobby, and Keith and they are really great too. Keith has taken care of my tires and always is careful not to scratch them, that's really nice. They have the newest state of the art tire mounting and balancing equipment so for any super low profile tires, they can handle it. They also have a great alignment system where I'll be headed once Winter is over. I highly recommend them!

Towne Maserati truly the absolute worst for service for high end cars. Their chief mechanic \sam\ experiments with your car since he is completely incompetent. Dawn cougar was great when they were on OP. now after the move their customer service is horrible beyond words. Too bad the cars are gorgeous but with no service its not worth the buy.
