I rented a Harley Davidson Street Glider with Keys Cycles for 1 day. They were responsive via telephone and email and answered my questions. Online reservation was easy. After I walked into the shop someone asked me right away if I needed any help. Rental check-in and the paperwork was a breeze. Very friendly people. They gave me a short intro to the bike and I was on my way. Smooth. Recommended!

Rented a motorcycle to ride around the keys on. Had a great experience. Very easy to work with.
We rented a motorcycle for the day while on vacation. The guys were friendly and the price was reasonable. It doesn't say it on the website and we found out after were got to the shop that you cannot take the motorcycle out of the Keys, meaning you can't go to Miami with the motorcycle. Also, you get 200 miles included with the rental and then have to pay per mile after. However, the guys didn't really adhere to it and didn't make us pay for the extra miles, but you did have to sign paperwork saying you were willing to pay for it. Side note: They also let us use their air for free (most gas stations make you pay for it) to add air to our rental van tire that kept losing air).
I was traveling to Key West Florida from Ohio on my 2012 Harley Davidson when I experience some electrical problems. I stopped at Key Cycles, 48 mile marker, and met with the owner who diagnosed my problem as a voltage regulator and or alternator. The owner called me the next day and only had to replace the regulator and not the alternator saving me money. The prices were reasonable and his knowledge was extensive. It’s refreshing to know that there are honest people out there that won’t “rip you off”. I not only gained a Machanic when I return to the keys but I made a friend. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
This guy and his business are awesome !! Called at 9pm on a Sunday broke down on the side of the road ... He answered the phone after hours, and came right out ,towed my bike and had it fixed and ready to go the next day by noon. Great bike shop, also rents Harley's and is only an hour from key West !
