Fantastic place to kick back and relax and also makes a great home base for all the other activities available in the Keys! We were extremely happy with our quarters and with our hosts Bill and Katrina. They always gave us their time to chat about their story and were very helpful with the advice they gave us whenever we asked a question. We will definitely return to stay here again! Sunsets and the fish light were out of this world.

LOVE this place!! One of my favorite places in Florida! First of all, the scenery is beautiful, awesome sunsets and amazing water views. The accommodations are sunny and bright and very nice with everything you need. Clean, quiet, and comfortable! Bill and Katrina are there to help you should you need anything. Can't wait to go back this winter and escape the cold up north. See you in January!!
Bill and Katrina were two of the nicest hosts you can meet. Very helpful with anything we needed and would point us in the right direction with things to do. It was a very beautiful spot to stay with beautiful sunsets almost all the time. Very close to Marathon (15 minutes South ) and Islamorada ( 15 minutes North ) yet far enough to have peace and tranquillity. I would highly recommend this villa for a very relaxing stay. We have already booked again for next year. Can't wait to get back down there. See ya soon :)

The lady that owns this place is abloulety amazing. never been cared for and treated like a king. her prices are amazing your boat sits right outside your door for my fishing you know can find some sweet spots off conch key I'm going back every year
What an awesome place!! We have had the best time here!! Owners are so helpful and accommodating!!
We arrived on Sunday to a very cool, clean and nicely appionted suite. We then docked our boat right outside our door. Nice ramp and dockage! We checked out the bar and hammock area, very cute! Our suite had 2 seating areas right outside both doors. Both facing the sunset, which btw were fantastic! The king bed was very comfy and kitchen and bath were huge for a 1 bedroom. Everything was decorated in an islandy style! Bright and frendly! We were given use of the kayaks, bikes, and laundry facilities. All in all it was a quiet and relaxing vacay! Even Henri our frenchie had a good time with one of the other guests dogs"coquina" a large all white husky with beautiful blue eyes! We will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem!
