Amy Offutt knew how to help my son from the complicated disease of PANS/PANDAS. She listened and the line of communication and her follow ups throughout this 1.5 years has been impressive. We feel supported. Her staff is awesome also. When she's not in the office, I still get my questions answered via phone and email. People there care! Most of all, my son is doing very well now! Someone told me to see her because she has some \tricks up her sleeve.\ Boy did she. Her treatments are perfect, natural (very important to us) and I hope people get to experience her kindness and knowledge. We couldn't ask for a better Dr. and she is worth every penny and our trips (10 hrs away) to see her.

Dr. Amy Offutt and her staff are truly phenomenal. When I say that they have saved my life, I am not exaggerating. I had seen MANY doctors before Dr. Offutt and no one was able to get to the root of my problem. Dr. Offutt was the first doctor to truly help me. She is brilliant and she CARES about her patients. I owe my life to her! My entire family are patients of Dr. Offutt and we have received outstanding care consistently here since we started seeing her several years ago. Dr. Offutt’s nurse, Kathy, is AMAZING. She has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever necessary. I adore her. Shelley, Mary Katherine, Racritia, Ashley and the rest of the staff there are wonderful! The customer service that they provide is stellar. On top of that, they actually care about their patients and it shows! I highly recommend this practice. If you actually want to find out what is wrong with you and finally get restored Dr. Offutt is the doctor to see.
My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Offutt's office and I will start by saying that I had finally found someone that listened to me. However today, after a year waiting for my annual check up, I went in to find NO ONE IN THE OFFICE WEARING MASKS!!! After I asked why weren't they, the receptionist told me - with an attitude and defensive tone - that she didn't have to wear one because she wouldn't be treating me. Then when the nurse came out to also inform me that no one inside, including in the lab were I would be tested, would not be wearing one either - only her. I later called to speak to the manager, and she said they do not require patients nor staff to wear them either. She said the reason why the receptionist doesn't need to wear a mask is because she's sitting behind a monitor, and you know... that stops it. I'm sorry but I will not go into an office that promotes vit D shots but refuses to wear a mask. I have had family members die from COVID. This is SCIENCE! MASKS WORK AND PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID. Please wear a mask!
All I can say is iam glad I found amy she is the only doctor who has listened to me and understand my situation I no I will get better with her help she is very busy and still takes time to help me through the patient portal
