I have a pinched nerve in my back that has caused me a lot of discomfort. I have had intense pain in my upper back and numbness that ran down my left arm and into my fingers. After just one session with Shana the pain decreased significantly and I regained use of that arm. I went back for two more sessions and left completely pain-free. My only regret was that I didn't go see Shana sooner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist!
