Thanks to the PEC professionals for their service. We experienced 2 hour outages, and your outage reporting line allowed us to inform PEC round the clock. Watching the horror stories about Austin citizens made me appreciate our co-op even more. Kudos to all of you for keeping us safe and relatively warm.

You can't get anyone to find out about the problem and our power has been off since 10:30 last night so much for rolling black out
We have had a power outage for the past 15 hours and PEC's last update was 11 hours ago. Thousands of homes are without power, and we're going into the second night without any word from our power company about what is going on or when anybody can expect to have electricity again. Everybody is cold and they can't cook what food they still have that hasn't gone bad because their refrigerators have been off since the middle of the previous night. It's one thing to be without power all day when it's 15 degrees outside, but another thing completely when the company supplying the electricity makes very few announcements about their progress. Again, it's 7pm and the last update from PEC was at 8am. This is absolutely shameful.
Power outage due to ice storm in country. Power restored within 2hrs! Thanks to all the workers who braved the elements...we love PEC and are so thankful!
Called due to an outage, George and Cruz were the responding service technicians. They quickly discovered it was an issue that would require an electrician. However, they did need to shut off the main power and had to stay until the repair was completed to restore power. They communicated throughout the repair and made sure everything was 100% before leaving. These two gentlemen were the best!
