Offered us 20 each for two washers one was nearly new front loader. Gave us 20 total Made him put them back in the trailer. Got more selling as scrap metal

Made an appointment in advance through my AHS warrant called a day ahead to confirm the appointment being have to drive 3 hrs from job site to home, he said he would be there between 9am-1pm, called at 11a said he would be there in 30-45 mins. Never heard from him again no call no show waste of a day and hours of work. Do not use this company if assigned through your warranty.

This company was given to me by my Fridgidaire warranty company to repair my ice maker thats less than a year old. They are not a truthful or reliable company for Fridgedaire to be working with. I turned in the work order on August 29 and I'm still waiting for it to be repaired. .This is Oct 31.I've called the technician and was told the part would be in on a thursday that was Sept 16. Never a call to schedule a time for the repair. I made contact with them again about two weeks later again it would be in on thursday. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because of covid and slow mail. I recieved no phone call again. I finally made contact with technician thru messaging him on October 26 and he finally he scheduled a day and time and never showed up. I had to call them to only get excuses and he rescheduled for Sat 31 and has still not shown up or called or returned my calls to see if they were coming. i've had to take of 1/2 days work and missed pay for lies and excuses.

Typically I only like to leave good reviews for businesses, having said that.... We got a home warranty through American Home Shield (don’t make that mistake, giving them a 1 star review too) and had an issue with my refrigerator and filed a claim and had this company R & R appliance repair assigned to my claim and could never get ahold of them and leaving multiple voicemails and having American Home Shield send an email urging R & R ApplianceRepair to contact me to come fix our issue. Surprise surprise, they never contacted me and my family of 5 had lost all our food from the refrigerator and freezer and are now having to figure out another solution. Definitely don’t choose R & R Appliance Repair!!!!
