Sugar Mama Cookies was such a wonderful experience. I loved the Oatmeal Cookie the best. The cupcakes were wonderful as well. If you want to have fun while your satisfying sweet tooth, Sugar Mama is a must.

Finally a bakery with cupcakes worthy of a review! I love to bake desserts, so my standards are a little high. So many times I've bought cupcakes from bakeries just to say, I can make better. My son and I stopped by this little gem on a whim. I got one of each - Almond, Apple Pie, German chocolate cake, and Strawberry. They were all delicious! The apple pie tasted like it had fresh apple pie in the center. Not that premade filling stuff that you can buy in 5 gallon buckets. I've tried making an almond cupcake with that intense almond flavor but I can't get it right. They knocked it out of the park. I'd love to get their recipe. The strawberry was equally as good. Rich strawberry taste and very moist. The German chocolate cake was very good too and moist as well. I don't write many reviews but this place definitely was worth my time. We'll be back!!!
Giving my experience 2 stars because I was really heartbroken at how everything turned out with the cake I ordered. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication I received to discuss the vision I had for my daughter's 3rd birthday cake. I specifically asked for it to be a certain color via email and it came in a different color. I asked for flowers on it and for a crown on top and neither came. When I called to check on the cake 2 days before picking it up (just to make sure everything was going smoothly) I was asked what time I would be picking up the cake and I told them 11:15. When I got there they said it wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours and that they never heard from me on a pickup time... even though two days prior they had asked me themselves. Giving 2 stars because it tasted really good and we love their cookies but was really really sad when I saw what it looked like. Thankfully my daughter is 3 and couldn't care less but I personally was so sad because I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time and couldn't throw my daughter a big birthday so I was counting on the cake to be the big HIT of her small family get together. Below are photos of what I asked for compared to what I got. I sent photos from Pinterest that were beautiful cakes and I understand that maybe they were too difficult for the bakery to do but I wish someone had just told me that they wouldn't be able to give me what I wanted.
