Stanley Shechter

Dr. Avram is a kind, knowledgeable, wonderful, friendly person, who always cares about his patients first and foremost. When you are on an office visit, he is completely focused on you and what you tell him, and he knows what to ask you to get a complete diagnosis. He tells you what you should be aware of, and to call him immediately if you find any unexpected changes on your body. He is a professor at one of the best hospitals in the US, and extremely well-informed about the latest developments in dermatology and medicine in general. The staff in his office are always very gracious and always cheerful, and I think that tells you a lot about Dr. Avram. He tells you of the results of a lab test, if you need one, very quickly. Really, one of the best dermatologists in the US.

I consulted with Dr. Avram today to schedule my 5th hair transplant. Obviously I’ve been satisfied with the results. But more to the point—I’m very discerning. I’m aware of other hair transplant doctors and their work, yet I still return to Dr. Avram. The results have been natural and believable. I’m very open about my experiences but my appearance doesn’t out me. Dr. Avram explains all the options, including doing nothing. There is never any pressure.
