Don’t let the one review fool you, Marc is heavenly sent. I have a dispensary, I needed a floor plan drawn up for my remodel. I initially called an architect he referred Marc to me. I’m so thankful he did. He’s far more affordable than a architect, with the ability to do architect work.. now that’s a win! I honesty didn’t have a clear vision, I knew what I needed. I explained to Marc my needs, he literally brought my vision into reality. Not with one floor plan, he gave me options. Marc handled my project with diligence, he helped me understand the process. I didn’t know I needed an exit door. He made sure I had one, his expertise made the process of getting my remodeling permit so easy! His work is amazing, it’s neat, very detailed, every detail is explained. You can see his passion resonate through his plans. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARC! He will be my go to for all my future projects. We needed a building plan for an addition that ties our 2 buildings together. Tried a local company and it was disastrous (never got what we paid for.) We had a friend suggest Marc and we are so happy with the results. We had a vision and Marc made it even better with his great suggestions for the areas that we weren't sure how to get just right. It was not an easy job for him, but his work ethic and pleasant personality made it a joy to work with him. And this was all during the pandemic! We are so glad we worked with Marc and if we every build anything else we would definitely hire him again. I recommend him highly!
