I wish I could give no stars. They ruined my less than 1-year mink coat. When I received my coat, there were something that look like cockroach droppings on it and the fur at those particular parts are shedding so much it became bald spots. I tried to email and call them but got no responses of how they are going to fix the issue. I will do a video and post on social media so everyone knows this is not a lie. Don't send your coats here. But if you did, make sure you check every part of your coat because those droppings hide underneath the fur.
I have known and dealt with Marc for almost 20 years. I have purchased furs at the store and online, for myself and my sister, that we still have, wear and love. Marc is honest, fair, has fabulous, unique creations and wants his customers to be happy with their purchase. I have also used summer fur storage and cleaning which is very fairly priced.
Brought my mink coat to repair here. Excellent and fast service. Very helpful! Would highly recommend!
I've been a customer for over twenty years Kaufman furs is my go to place for furs. Saw one on the website during the height of covid and gave a deposit, when the showroom opened up I saw another jacket I liked better. Marc wasn't in the showroom but one call to him and it was no problem. Quality furs and quality service. I love Kaufman furs
