Property continues to be great - location, and amenities. Well kept. Very convenient distance from public access to beach. Good neighborhood. We have been coming here for 5 years now. It never disappoints. Marco Island Rental Properties staff continues to be great to work with.

This is just not good property management. After researching for weeks, we chose a location on Marco from Marco Island Rental Properties. The day before our arrival it just happened (??) to have a problem...the air conditioning broke and they cannot service for a week???? So, we had to choose another location. We downgraded our property choice. Maria said she would take care of us due to the inconvenience but instead failed to initially catch the downgrade booking fee until we pointed out all the math errors. But nothing extra for the inconvenience. Instead, we had roaches in the grill, ants and roaches in the house, one toilet does not flush... and then the shutter guys came. No notice; no knock; no concern for PRIVACY or that we are here trying to enjoy a vacation (but how would they know if the property managers are not telling them?). We can’t leave because they are blocking the driveway. Regarding the house we picked with less than 24 hours of arrival Location is good. Like the view and access to the beach is within a 15 minute walk. Owner may want to consider another management professional. Veteran led businesses are our first choice whenever possible. This experience will be the baseline in giving the other veteran led property management company’s on Marco our patronage. Thank you for reading, we hope this helps making informed decisions.

115 Landmark 1/2/2021 - 1/16/2021 Party of 4 enjoyed this home and found everything was as advertised. The weather was cool and the heated pool/hot tub performed perfectly. The dock is large and great for fishing and sunbathing. House in excellent condition, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bikes and fishing gear was a surprise and appreciated. Very close to beach, good restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, etc. but setting is a quiet residential area. We will definitely rent this home again.

Highly don’t recommend thus company! The lady’s son Andre is a complete arrogant and disrespectful to his customers. If you read previous reviews other say the same! My family rented a condo from them last May.. the condo was a utter and complete DUMP! The refrigerator was broken damaging our food, washer was broken locking our clothes in it, the plumbing was broken, and cockroach running around the apartment. Not to mention my son works for a very large medical company he was constantly not able to load his work or conferences calls due to the horrible WiFi.. the owner this company wanted us to rent to rent another place for him to work.. what a joke! We rented from them two other times before.. the places were not that great but we never complained. We have spent over 15K with them and this is how they treat repeated customers. Every time we rent from them we get our full security deposit back, so it’s not us. The problem here is this owner likes to defend her son and not her customers. She has a horrible temper and screams and yells on the phone. We were supposed to rent a condo through an owner and this rude lady refused to let us rent through the owner. She will not tarnish of reputation based on false facts and lies. Next time she should think twice before lying and making up stories. Burning bridges with a loyal customer is very wrong. She should understand the customer is always right and you should do anything to make them happy. Unless you want to deal with rude arrogant people I suggest you not to rent from them.. believe me BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.: they have them for a reason. Also I have photos / videos how dummy this place was.. I even have videos of them fixing the plumbing. She try’s to say we had over the amount of people.. another lie! The lady downstairs of the condo association never got any complaints or saw us with more people. Her son is just a complainer.

We vacationed here for my birthday during late September and we stayed at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort. We could not have been happier with MIRP, and Cindy in particular. We had to change plans from Siesta Key last minute due to Red Tide and what not, so when I reached out to MIRP to see what they had available Cindy got back to me right away with available properties (which was not easy for us to find because due to work schedules we were traveling a Thurs-Mon which a lot of places flat out refused to rent). They suggested 3 places to choose from and all 3 were beach front and great locations. We settled on Marco Ocean Beach Resort and loved it. Within walking distance to a small plaza with numerous restaurants, the resort was beautiful, and because it was a private condo parking was free which was a plus! MIRP worked with us from start to finish answering all of our questions all right away too, as soon as I would send an email with a question we would get an answer within an hour. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a private rental on the island. I could not have been happier with the service we received.
