This is my current waste disposal company. Since starting with them in 2015 my price has hone up from 68 to over 100. My neighborhood was looking at renting a dumpster instead of paying them. Everyone discussed what they were paying and myself and next door neighbor were paying much more than the others. Called them to discuss this. Person who answered checked out my claims and stated they would discuss with supervisor and call back. Two months pass an no call but they did raise my price yet again. Called again and two weeks later no call. I guess avoidance is their way to deal with it. If you have a choice to do business with them, run as fast as you can in the other direction.

A snowplower completely broke our bin this morning. I called and spoke to Melody who quickly addressed the issue and is sending a replacement bin. I am SO happy with the service I received. She was friendly and understanding. Made my life so much easier! Thank you, Melody!
The garbage and recycling services they provide to Woodstock residents is affordable and good. the drivers on my route do a great job week after week.
5 year customer of MDC for garbage and recycling. I did not use their garbage and recycling containers and paid for it by them constantly driving by my house and not taking my garbage. Recycling was also missed on many occasions. Terrible work ethic of the collectors. Do not recommend.
The garbage pick up is ok. The recycling pick up leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second week in a row the recycling truck decided not to empty my green recycling can. Last week I called and they came back to empty it. The customer service person was very polite. When my husband went to bring in the can today - surprise - the recycling was not picked up AGAIN. I called but the company was already closed. Our cans go out between 7:30-9:30 pm on Monday nights. What is the recycling departments problem? It is not like our cost for serous inexpensive! I will be calling on Wednesday, 8/5/20.
