If it were any other business I'd give a 1 star but this is a gov biz so slack is given. 8 weeks with no check bcuz they thought my address was old. THOUGHT my address was old. Maybe they shouldn't think. After all a quick search of Public records would show that I still own the house.

The parking sucks-especially if there's a special event downtown because they put 'no parking' covers over the meters and the garage costs at least 6 (the longer you stay the more you pay) which is fine except I'm usually in and out of the payment office within 10-15 minutes. If you're just running in to make a payment, I recommend having someone drop you off there, drive around the block once or twice, then pick you up.
