Definitely had a great night here tonight! Tony was a highly motivated staff member who promptly helped me and my wife. I recommend stopping in and working out.. definitely worth every cent

I went in to check it out. The facilities seem very clean. Some say that 22 is too much for a VIP( not the actual name) membership. They offer light therapy in 2 different ways, red light which fights inflammation, UV (tanning) assists with vitamin D production and consumption. UV-c lighting is also antimicrobial. I was impressed by Brianna. She's very sweet and wonderfully helpful. You can get 1 on 1 personal Trainor with the plan. I sometimes need someone to just get me started. So, 22-tanning, red light therapy, massage chair, hydrotherapy (water), equipment that not only open access but you can get your own personal Trainor (cheerleader at worst, another weapon in the arsenal to being a better you),a healthier, happier you. Of course if on a tighter budget or your stronger in mind, they have a 10/month plan. Right now you can get it for a 1. Start a new year with a commitment to a new you. Happy New Year's!!!

The staff are not checking the restrooms for supplies. It seems like they go in the men's room pretty often to clean the sinks, mirrors, etc. but they forget to replenish the necessary items. Today there was no toilet paper or seat covers in one of the stalls. This is the second time this has happened to me and both times I brought it to the attention of the staff. It is extremely frustrating and should never happen. There are plenty of minions located at the front desk at any given time who seemingly have nothing to do. Someone should assign one of them to this really important task! Thanks.

It's nice, and clean. Just very small, and the pricing is a tad high for anything above the basic plan. I came and added another ! Very impressed w the speedy and well written reply. That attention to customers is important. Thanks ️
