The lady that answers the phone sometimes is super rude. She always has a snappy attitude like if you are gonna be answering the phone sound nice at least. Even in person before this whole covid happened she checked me in for the appointments a few times and she doesnt even have a nice attitude there.

3rd visit: I gave birth on Thursday and walked into the office on Monday, as I was instructed to do so, and was told they dont see people without appointments. This office seems to either have employees who do not know what they are doing or they simply are playing games with the people. I did complain to the supervisor who then apologized but still was unable to assist me with the situation. An apology does not fix this actions do. They are here to help us so start helping. Second visit: This time they saw my appointment. The wait to be seen was about an hour and half (I showed up 30 min early to my appointment, so technically 2hours). The workers were fast and helpful this time. The neutritionist advised me that once I gave birth to just walk into the office and they would add him to my plan because it didnt take long. First visit: I made an appointment for this location, showed up on time and was told I did not have an appointment at this location. I then drove to the location they said my appointment was at, was advised I didnt have an appointment and they could not even locate me in the system. I came back to the Lamar office and was advised I was now late for my appointment and would have to reschedule. The workers were uncaring or willing to admit that it was there fauly. At that point I left.

I’ve always had a great experience coming here everybody is so friendly the maximum I’ve had to wait is an hour and a half which is fine! I’m super thankful for this program and the people there!

I would rate it 5 stars if they let go of all the ignorant and rude young girls they have working there now. It's been three times already that some of the new girls either don't know what they're doing and just put me to the last of the list, or have been very rude. I'm the client, I should be treated with respect. Other than that, there's only 2 girls I like there that are very sweet and respectful, then all the older women are extremely helpful and sweet. When you come here just make sure if the younger girls disrespect you that you comment about it to their supervisor or else things won't change.
