Never answers the phone... When I DID get someone on the phone, the gentleman snapped at me asking \What is it exactly that you need\. Before I could even explain my reason for calling, I was informed \They were good... and please don't call back\. Was trying inquire about purchasing some CISCO hardware. Pretty odd for a company that is in the business of selling hardware. Very disappointing.
