My husband often tells me I am too trusting, but when it comes to jewelers I am a skeptic. I took my daughter’s pear shaped emerald and diamond ring to two different jewelers in the Marietta area to receive an estimate to replace the missing stone. Both were pleasant but Adams Jewelry replaced the small diamond and repaired the broken prong for 85 while the other jeweler was going to charge me nearly 3 times that. I chose to trust Adams. The price was right, but it was the service that really impressed me. KC, the owner and jeweler, told me 1 week. I called the store and explained my daughter was in town to his wife Linda and co-owner and they had the ring ready a day early! The ring has been restored and it looks gorgeous! I love supporting family owned local businesses. Adams Jewelry took care of me in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I will go back to Adams!

I recently took in a wedding band with three diamonds, and some other jewelry that was my mother’s. They helped me by making suggestions to turn the ring into a beautiful solitaire diamond necklace, and diamond stud earrings!! They sized 2 other pieces as well to fit perfectly. They both are so sweet and helpful. You can’t go wrong using them. The turnaround time was one week, price was very reasonable, I highly recommend them! Don’t go anywhere else!!

Stopped in because I needed a watchband shortened. Done quickly and well. A pleasure to do business there and happy they are close to West Hampton. Been to many a jewelry stores over the years and Adams is at the top of my experiences.

My husband bought me some earrings in the Middle East and the posts were way too thick, and the posts were too long so they hung forward on my ears. I brought them to Kay's Jewelers in the Avenues to see if they could reset them, but their minimum quoted price was 77 to take the big stone out and put it in a post, all the way up to 250 or more. I then took them to Adams Jewelry and the guy was able to shave down the posts and shorten them so that they fit me perfectly, all for 20 while I waited (no more than 20 minutes tops!) I will definitely be going back to have a bracelet shortened. Kay's only had salespeople, and they would have had to send anything away to a repair shop for any kind of repairs, which would take 1.5 weeks they said.
