BRIAN! BRIAN! BRIAN! I cannot explain enough how amazing he was as a sales person and how laid back and non-pushy he was. He answered all of my questions in regards to the different types and models of the cars, even taking us to the other lots and being extremely patient. Very professional and even after I purchased my car and had more questions he always answered them in a fast manner. He truly is a great person. He had a sunroof put in my car and there was a one day delay of pickup due to the rain and storm and to make up for the inconvenience he personally delivered my car to my work 25 minutes away. Punctuality at its finest. I would go there again if needed but hopefully I won’t need another vehicle for a very long time. 10 stars.
Great, smooth process. My car salesman, Brian Mobley, was amazing and very knowledgeable of the inventory. The finance department also went above and beyond for my car purchase! ALM is where it’s at!
I purchased an SUV in December of 2020 as of today February 2021, I still have not received my vehicle tag because the dealer has not registered my title. My extended tag expires in March, and no one from the corporate office or dealership has responded to my many attempts to contact them. BUYERS BEWARE!! This issue is quickly becoming a nightmare.
