I have been visiting this place since March. It started off good, but my results after the hydra facial were terrifying. I was reluctant to leave a good review based off of that experience although the staff have been nice. I have since been working with Majeedah (who did NOT perform the hydra facial btw) who has been nothing short of patient, empathetic, and professional. Majeedah has shown me nothing but commitment to doing whats right and correcting an issue. She has planned out a course of action to address my concerns. This is why I chose to stay. Sometimes things do not go as intended but the effort to make things right is what resonated with me. Kudos to Majeedah particularly for doing the right thing! We are already seeing progress in the right direction.

I have NEVER visited a med spa with such amazing customer service let alone with such kindness. Josselyn at the front desk leaves you feeling amazing about yourself from the time you walk in-to-leaving and I will continue come back. She is absolutely a doll and is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable and very relatable.

I had a great attitude towards AmaChi MedSpa until customer service began to go downhill due to my schedule being too busy. At the time, I planned to use this service, I was going to be in another state every few days (something I was unaware of at the time when I signed up and paid in full.) I decided to pull out fully, request a refund and come back when appropriate in my schedule. Upon rescheduling multiple times and then finally wanting to cancel it all, the staff's demeanor became very rude. I was sent a text that was in the attitude of they don't care for their customer's satisfaction, I was even asked into a room and tried to be convinced to go through with the service even though I stated multiple times I was simply too busy at the time. The only reason this rating is three stars and not one is because of Josselyn (pronounced Joselin). She is absolutely great! She helped me the most, was the most understanding and seemed to be genuine through everything I've had to go through with this establishment. If it wasn't for her, I'm not sure what I would have done. Though this short experience with AmaChi MedSpa was the least favorable, I can promise you Josselyn will help you to the best of her ability through any situation. For the best customer service possible, ask to speak to Josselyn when calling. Like I said before, if I ever come back, it's only because of the great communication and customer service from her in particular. Thank you again, Josselyn.
