The site was very easy to manage and I received my CAD plans the following business day. The responsiveness and care of customer service was outstanding as well. I purchased plans which subsequently went on sale just a few days later and the company honored the price and refunded me the sale difference. Very easy to work with and helpful along the way!

Cynthia the Customer Service Manager is AMAZING!!!. I found a plan I liked on 2 other websites that wanted to charge an outrageous modification fee just to put it on a crawlspace and it would take 6 weeks. I noticed that the designer had other plans on America's Best House Plans site, but not the one I wanted. I called & Cynthia was able to get in touch with the designer & get it added to their website in LESS THAN 24 hours. It was cheaper than the other 2 sites and I will receive it in just a few days!!!! EXCELLENT customer service. THANK YOU Cynthia !!!!

Glad to work with a family owned business that was very helpful to me as a first time buyer of house plans over the internet. I searched many sites and found the same plan on various sites. The plan cost was roughly the same price on each site. I purchased this plan from America's Best House Plans because the service representative did some research for me to find a 3 car garage option, price matched another site that I was considering, and had helped me with same day service so I could make an educated decision. Also, the CAD plans arrived in my email on the same day that I had placed the order. Very satisfied so far!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! The types of home plans were exactly what I was looking for and different from all the others I had seen. Once I chose my house plan it was shipped quickly and the prices were very reasonable. More than anything the communication from the staff when questions were asked blew me away!! FAST, clear and caring answers were provided. It was obvious I wasn’t just a number. That type of customer service is rare. A Highly recommend!!!
