I don't understand the low score for this company, because I've had nothing but great services from these folks. My first time visiting these folks, they helped me locate and purchase a hard to find, discontinued bathroom faucet that i wanted very much for my up coming bathroom remodel. DeJaun made some phone calls and was able to locate one of 2 faucets left in inventory and put in an order immediately as i was sitting there. Received my item within 2 weeks. My second request was a custom shower pan by a manufacturer they don't receive a lot of requests on. I worked with Logan Hale and one other gentleman on that special order, and they got right to work on putting that order together, submitting it and taking my payment over the phone during the height of Covid-19. I received that special order item in a timely manner in light of the chaos going on, and I'm happy to say my remodeled bathroom is complete with the help of these folks. Their prices I find are usually lower than their competitors and even the actual manufacturers themselves. I can't say enough about Apex Supply of Marietta. Thank you folks for providing excellent customer service and beyond. I appreciate you!

Honestly I have absolutely nothing good to say about this apex location. I work for an interior designer and was sent to pick up a faucet that she had ordered. I walked in and went up to the counter where a sales person sat working on her computer. A stood there for a minute waiting for her to acknowledge me, not wanting to disturb her if she trying to finish something. After another minute of her still not acknowledging or looking at me I told her that I was there to pick something up. She asked me for the business name (she still never looked up) and I gave it. She stood, saying nothing, and went into the back. She was gone for almost 5 minutes and I seriously began to wonder whether she was just hiding in the back until I decided to leave. When she finally returned she put the box on the counter, printed out my receipt, and then sat back down at her computer and that was it. Apart from asking me what business I was picking up for she never said another word to me. If I could give them a 0 I would. This was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had from anywhere.

Maybe the products are good but the customer service is lacking to say the least. My wife and I are building a home. We showed up to check out bathroom fixtures . A salesperson was at the desk with a customer so we just browsed around for a bit. There was no verbal acknowledgement that we were there when we walked in. I know he was with a customer but proper customer service would have been to say to us. “I am with someone right now but please look around and I will be right with you.” He looked up from his desk and he knew we were there but not a word. After about 10 to 15 minutes of browsing we made our way to be closer to his desk so we could gauge if he was wrapping things up. About that time another salesperson came in from the back and I thought “Oh good, now we will be helped”. But oh no, the first salesman asked the new salesperson a question and now they were both helping the customer; which once again I could accept if that salesperson had said, “ Do you need help. Let me help this lady here and I will be with you.” But nothing was said and we were standing there like invisible people. We walked out and will never go back (since this is the second time my wife has experienced that unacceptable lack of assistance. ) I was a sales manager and marketing director for years. I would be outraged if my employees did this.
