The company and Jay Choice in particular were recommended to me by a friend. I've been looking into getting Elfa closets from container store since we purchased our home a few months ago. I was waiting for the annual sale and had my Closets measured and designed and wanted one more estimate and design from a different company. So glad I received the recommendation for Artisan Custom Closets. We're elated with the results! Jay was awesome and very patient as I had her rework the design for our master closet a few times as I thought of new requirements and colors. The closet looks amazing!! She made use of every area of the space. We also had the pantry done. It looks pretty good but it's such an awkward space. I'm content with how it came out but not as happy as I am with the closet. This and the installation is what made me give a 4 vs. 5. Overall the installation went OK but being that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I was a little disappointed that I had to ask my installer to put a mask on and would've expected him to do that proactively. I also wish he wore shoe covers. My friend that recommended me, had her installation at the same time on the same day and her installer did those things (mask and shoe cover) automatically so I was a little jealous. It did let me know that the experience depends on your installer and my expectations weren't unreasonable. Overall, I was extremely happy with Jay and the master closet looks amazing. I would recommend them for sure.

After thorough research of countless vendors and getting quotes from both Home Depot and Closets by Design, we decided to choose Artisan Custom Closets. Their process from booking an appt, to their site visit, to installation was easy. Jay Choice, our designer was a pleasure to work with and she did an outstanding job! She listened to our needs and customized our two master bedroom closets based on our wants & needs. She was super patient and offered good advice. The installers were professional and efficient as well. I would highly recommend this company and Jay Choice specifically for any of your custom storage needs!

I would highly recommend Artisan Custom Closets to my family and friends. They do an amazing job. Artisan Custom Closets designed and installed our Kitchen pantry. The process was thorough and seamless. We met with the design specialist first. The design specialist was able to show us how it would look at this time. We reached out to other companies to compare prices. We were most impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company over others. The next step was to schedule the install. When David, the installer, showed up at our house he shared the plans with us. He was very friendly, clean and went over the features with us. The company is not the cheapest bit definitely great quality and does amazing work. Btw they called me multiple times to confirm the install date. I could not ask for more.

Nicola helped us with the perfect closet design. She gave great insight and made a few different mock ups for me. Their 3D renderings made it so easy to picture it in our space. The installers were right on time and got two utility closets and a large master done in less than a day.

Artisan Custom Closet just completed my pantry and I am very happy. I don't post of any review, but for this company I am taking the time to post. Alexandrea the Design Consultant was wonderful. She listened to both my husband and I about my concerned and our wishes. My husband had to have a refrigerator in the pantry. She designed the pantry just for us. The refrigerator is on order. The design on pdf file was spot on. The Artisan Custom Closet team was very organized and helped us every step of the way with all the questions we had. The installer was super nice on time and fast. We were so impressed that Artisan Custom Closet is now installing closets in our Laundry room turning it into my dream sewing, craft and of course laundry room this Friday. I can't wait.
