Was told a deal about paying only 50 for 500mbps so I accepted the deal but was lied to when they came in to install the internet and told me I could only receive 25mbps and now I'm paying more than 50.

My mother and father are not tech savvy, however the Retails Sales Consultant, Tati was extremely helpful and walked my parents through activating their phone. She gave them helpful information and superb customer service. When she didn’t know the answer to a question, she took the time to research it and found an answer. This place is amazing! So much knowledge and customer service! Far from the days they used to be! I literally called the store and asked if they had the Note 10, Edwin answered the phone and proceeded to look for it because it was just released today. I asked him to hold one for me and that I'd be there in less than an hour. When I showed up, I was greeted by Andrew the store manager who helped get Edwin to help me out. We started the process of getting the phone when Michael told Edwin that if I traded in my phone it would give give me store credit which to me was absolutely amazing since I needed a case, screen protector and extra charger. We found out the actual trade in value was more than expected and then I needed help spending more money that I initially didn't intend to spend but due to their due diligence and taking care of the customer the way one would want to be treated. Edwin, Andrew and Michael make it Great to be an AT&T customer! Well done guys and I hope to see y'all again!
