My service today at AutoNation Nissan was superb. Eloy F. was transparent, and helpful, and I appreciate the customer service. In addition, Han is a great porter who helped me get back to my job, as it was right down the road. Both were great, and I appreciate it. Thank you.

Ask for Ahmad. He really knows his stuff. He worked with us for hours trying to find just the right car, just the right price, and just the right payments. Of course he's getting paid but he really wanted us to be satisfied. He also spent an hour after they had already closed going over all the bells and whistles my new car has. Very professional, clean cars and clean showroom. Thank you Ahmad!

The long story short, their technicians joyrode my 350Z, causing about 3500 of damage to my car, and they refused to do anything about it. A few years ago I had my 350Z dropped off at this dealership to replace its starter. I had just put new tires on the car not even a week prior, as well as replaced the clutch a month earlier. It was not giving me a check engine light. They charged me roughly 1200 to replace the starter. They did not replace the starter, it was very clearly the same one that was in the car when I delivered to them, and it kept giving me the same problem after I picked it up. That isn’t the worst of it, at all. When I got the car back, the rear tires were almost completely bald, the clutch was burned out, and it was throwing a check engine light for cam shaft position sensors, all of which are telltale signs that someone had been doing extensive burnouts and drifting in the car. I have never done anything like that with the car. I very respectfully confronted the service department manager about this, and he said nothing, threw his hands up the air, and promptly locked himself in his office and refused to speak to me about it. I wasn’t up for taking the matter to court, I wound up having to pay for these repairs out of pocket. Don’t EVER go to this dealership.

Service team was very professional and nice. Stephen, my advisor, kept me informed; gave me options and offered a shuttle ride home! This was concierge level service and I will definitely recommend Auto Nation!

I have had very good experiences in the past but this one was disappointing. Waited 20 minutes after arriving on time before anyone helped me. Sign on the door saying masks are required must just mean for customers as this wasn’t done by the service agent. One thing I love about the all electric Leaf is that there’s not much you need to do except rotate tires and change an air filter. Was very surprised that they suggested I spend 600 for service for an electric car with only 12,500 miles on it. I declined and had the manufacturer recommended service that costs 100. How customers are treated when servicing their car has long term impacts on where I would choose to buy my next one. Hope this time was just an anomaly for your sake.
