I was referred to Dr. Barrack due to the bad degenerative disc disease I have in my neck which is now causing pain and headaches almost on a daily basis. I showed up for my appointment and was told it was the wrong day which is NOT what I was told 3 days earlier. I even have it written down at my desk at work. I felt pretty uncomfortable on the phone making it because I feel like the lady dismissed my concerns due to me being young and not a geriatric 70 year old. \How old are you?! Its probably just a muscle spasm\, I was told. I came with x-rays and a report and the lady at the front desk offered to see if Dr. Barrack could fit me in as she was doing some kind of study this day and of course...she couldn't. Not 10-15 minutes available? I find that extremely hard to believe. I really think this was due to my age and them assuming \its nothing serious probably a pulled muscle he's too young to be in here\. At the end of the day the right thing to have done would be to offer great customer service make it right. This is squeezing people in even if it means you not go to the bathroom for another 10 minutes.

If you require professional, punctual medical care for intractable pain , go elsewhere. The staff is consistantly late calling in prescriptions (days up to a week after 30 days). If you're a 40 soccer mom that likes to gab with the doc about your fibromyalgia with an open treatment room door where eveyone can hear, this is your spot! This place is all about checking boxes not pt. care.

Very in depth interview on first visit. I really like the casual atmosphere of the office and staff.
