Ya know... I love my A770s we do most maintenance and repair in house. Occasionally we have a problem we need to send them directly to bobcat. I understand it takes time when you send your machine to a dealer, but at least it will be fixed when you get it back even irrelevant of the cost. Except when they keep it a month and still don’t fix it. I called up Larry and he stated he would still be weeks out to bring it back after they failed to fix it the first time. And that he still may not be able to figure out what’s wrong with it and why it’s throwing the codes. To that I responded, well if the bobcat dealer isn’t able to trouble shoot a problem with a bobcat then what would you recommend a small business owner who owns a bobcat should do? Buy CAT? Not very satisfied with the service.

Called in looking for an alternator for an s70 bobcat. Unfortunately this little machine is pretty rare I guess and they would have to order the part. If I hadn’t been in a bind and needed the part right away I certainly would have given them my business.
