I had a reservation on 10/31/20. This was my 1st time renting with Budget because I normally rent with Enterprise. Unfortunately, Enterprise was sold out because of the storm so I decided to give Budget a try. When I showed up Saturday morning, the guy that checked me out was nice but I noticed the guy in the office was sleeping which was a turn off. He did let him know to wake up because a woman who was from \upper management\ was coming into the store which he did. She came in and only spoke to them and he continued to check me out. I checked out my car from the outside and let the guy know that the car has a strong weed smoke inside the car. I'm thinking that if they charge people 250 fee for smoking inside the car that they will do a better job making sure their cars smell better. It's 2 days later and our clothes still smell like weed. I called almost an hour late to return the car and was told that I will be charged a fee. I showed up 2 hours late from the time the car was supposed to be turned in. I asked as a one time courtesy if she could remove it and she said no. All I will say is that if I was at Enterprise, they would have done it. I always receive excellent service from them and this is why I always go to them. Poor service Budget!

0 STARS. The return location we were given was PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Had to drive 21 miles to this location. Upon arrive the \manager\ Quentin Jones ID: QJ20 told us it was not on full and he would charge 35. Not willing in the slightest to cover the gas for the inconvenience of having to drive FROM CANTON. Ended up having to put 1.5 gallons in it costing an entire 3.05. Completely bogus. NO customer service AT ALL. Someone needs to give this man some management training. He just lost a lot of customers for Budget. I will never rent from them again. Not trucks, not cars. And I will make SURE every person I know knows what kind of business is being run here.
