During the aerial filming of a yacht everything went great. Unfortunately the SD card from the drone was corrupted. I purchased 150 (Wondershare) and ran recoveries that only left me with fragmented unusable video and raw files. I have lost filed before but never had a card that I could not recover. This card was bad off! I took a leap of faith and sent it to Cherry Systems. The card experienced a software failure and they restored virtually every file. I’m sure this is not every case but the communication was great, the turn around was great and bottom line I was able to complete the video portion and invoice my client. Well worth it.

HUGE shout out to Cherry Systems Data Recovery in Marietta, GA! They were able to get me back all of the videos I lost from my broken SD card for a VERY reasonable cost. I can’t wait to get these videos out to you guys! There’s about 8-9 videos on this drive that they rescued!

Stay away! This business is a scam! A psycho woman that works up front named Lauren which is their so-called gate keeper is a nightmare. I’m assuming that she is the fiancé of the one-man band tech guru there. No one else would tolerate her Jekyll Hyde personality. They take your device and hold it there for days Collecting dust without even looking at it or beginning any work. When you ask them about that they snap and then tell you that it can’t be fixed or nothing can be retrieved. They are very very expensive and are dishonest. They keep erasing my reviews somehow. After I asked them why the work was not started on my device they tried to Dodge and avoid me and became very rude and disrespectful and told me to come pick up my device because they were unsuccessful and could not retrieve any of the potentially lost data. I brought it to another company who begin work on it right away, it’s much cheaper, much more professional, and was in fact able to retrieve my data. Don’t waste your time here it’s a bad bad business! Horrible people running it and very unprofessional

Beware!!! Do NOT trust or use this company under ANY circumstances! They lie, and they will waste your time and hold your equipment hostage and not even work on it. They have you unnecessarily bring in your mobile device or whatever and tell you that it waits in the so called ‘que’ until it’s your turn which means it’s simply sitting around doing nothing until their one man band finds the time to work on it which is obviously delayed! Then when you inquire about the status the crazy tall blonde Jekyll Hyde woman Lauren gives you the run around and dodges you until they finally tell you to come pick up your device because unfortunately they determined that they can’t successfully retrieve your data because she’s on a tangent! Very unprofessional people!! I’m assuming her fiancé is the tech guru their because I doubt anyone else would tolerate her craziness! Good luck to him! Additionally, their prices are crazy high but they prey on your despair! I took my phone back after 5 days of it just sitting there and not being worked on after they lied and said that nothing could be found or retrieved and I got it to another company that was professional and prompt and MUCH cheaper that had no trouble restoring what I lost and they started the job immediately and turned over the work promptly and efficiently! Save yourself the stress, trouble, hassle dishonesty, and unprofessionalism of cherry solutions. Wish I had known!! I RARELY write reviews but I didn’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of like I was! Lauren needs to STAY OUT of the business and seek help for whatever issues she’s encountering!
