Had 2 HVAC systems installed through Costco and purchased ensuing service plans. Have had Jerry come out two years in a row to service our devices and he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and takes great care to follow all health protocols. I’ve been very pleased with the Cool Air/Costco partnership which is why I’ve had them do two of my 3 systems. And, several months ago I had a plumbing “emergency “. Because I had signed up for the plumbing maintenance plan, I had a guy at my house within 2hrs to fix the problem. If you are okay with spending the money, I recommend the A/C and plumbing maintenance plans.

I've had them put in 2 systems and I had a service contract for 2 years at one house and 2 years at another. If you get a system through Costco, they can put it in and it will be fine, but DO NOT waste your money on a service contract! On my covered service calls, I was paying 175 for a filter. The most expensive filter in America is 65 on Amazon. I needed a capacitor, 375. Capacitors cost about 25. You may say there's labor, but this was on a covered service call where they check the capacitor. Not much labor there! The final straw, my heat quit. The guy came out and had me at 550 for a fuse and a relay. A fuse costs 1and a relay about 20. I know you have to make money but come on! I called a random company and they came out and fixed it for 240. The End.

Service was exceptional. A whole house humidification wiring task formally deemed not possible was achieved with the diligence and technical expertise of Dean Williams the service rep that was sent to our house to address the issue. He was thorough and practiced pandemic safeguards as he performed his work. My wife and I were both totally satisfied with the results of his efforts. We have used Cool Air Mechanical & Plumbing before and they have always ensure our satisfaction. Dean was outstanding.

Cool Air Mechanical did an amazing job. I needed a new furnace and it was right before a big freeze. Jonathan Rockwell came over within a couple hours, inspected my furnace, and gave me a quote. I thought it was reasonable. He was extremely thorough and he helped us learn the process. He was able to schedule us in two days later which was perfect. I had some questions about the new thermostat I purchased from them, as well, and he had another worker call me and work me through it. I'm so happy how stress-free this whole process was and happy to have a trustworthy company to use in future!

Our salesperson was Art Scott and our installers were Elio and Jean-Paul. Our overall experience with Cool Air was quite positive. Art Scott spent plenty of time with us inspecting our house and discussing our options with us. When we finally scheduled the install, he was available to answer any questions that we had. Our installers were simply fantastic. They were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Our house was built in 1964 and had extension renovations done to it that were not aware of. This posed some interesting challenges for the installers as the original install plans weren't possible after these renovations were uncovered. We were able to call Art, even though it was on the weekend, and he was able to understand the issue and consult with the installers on options. They immediately got to work with devising some alternatives. Their creativity and professional experience allowed them to devise a plan that would give us the same quality heating and cooling as the original plan. It took over 3 more hours to get this accomplished but they didn't complain at all about the extra time. They also asked for our input along the way to make sure that we were informed and on-board with the entire plan as it was being executed. After the install was completed, they then spent time explaining how to use the new system and didn't leave until we were confident that we knew how to use it. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend that you use them.
