Have had great experiences with the company, and I've used them for maintenance for a while as well as installation of the most recent system and some additional work (thermostat relocation, UV filter). Everyone is always professional and efficient. Gerald and Doug have done the 2 most recent jobs and were outstanding, explaining everything well and doing things with attention to detail and on schedule. They show up when they say they will and they do the job.

Technician was very courteous, well mannered and knew what he was doing. He explained every step that I inquired about without blinding me with technical terms. He checked my entire system and made adjustments where necessary. A valuable employee such as he is, is rare in todays time. Will continue with Cool-Ray and have them perform all my HVAC needs, and highly recommend them to my friends in need of services
Kenneth was professional and courteous upon his arrival. He made sure he understood exactly what our experience was with the HVAC issues. I felt like he actually listened to me - which sometimes doesn't happen when a technician comes to the house. He quickly assessed the issue and had it repaired. Then he and Gary checked breakers to make sure everything would continue to work correctly. I appreciated that Gary was willing to assist Kenneth by going back out to the truck for materials and not just stand there since he was the supervisor. This was a great experience and I will continue to use Coolray in the future.
They did pretty good work. They're pretty high, but they're all pretty high. They do stand by their work. That's always a good thing.
Roger Baker was our most recent technician who was called out due to our upstairs unit not working. We were thrilled when we saw his face as he used to service our last residence. He is the best! So friendly and knowledgeable. Very honest and fair. We were very happy with his service and would recommend to anyone.
