Equipment was constantly broken, and when you try to stop their service because they aren’t providing what is outlined in the contract, they will not let you out of the contract. I had to get an attorney involved because I was moving during the end of the contract. If you move, you still have to pay. They sent me to collections and I am still dealing with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Incredibly frustrating experience with CPI whether it is the long hold times, lack of communication, or them charging my card on the initial call only to tell me weeks later they do not service my area. If you do not service my area, why ask for sensitive personal information and send me a contract? Why schedule a technician to come out, cancel it, make me call in to reschedule (wait on hold for at least 2 hours and 40 minutes), confirm a technician is coming out again, and then cancel morning of? Incredibly unprofessional when dealing with something as serious as home security in a large city. I'll be utilizing a local service where I know someone will answer the phone. Hope others have a far more positive experience.

My Technician (believe his name was Chris) that came to my home to do the install was great! He was very knowledgeable and informative. He trained me well on how to use the alarm down to the video bell. He ensured I had an understanding of how the system worked and what all I was getting. He was efficient with the entire install process. In addition, he offered to assist me if having trouble after installation in order to feel comfortable with new system. He is an awesome patient trainer and glad he was chosen to do my install. Great experience!

wait times over 1 hour to speak to customer service on multiple occasions; continues to auto draft payments even after service canceled. Will never use CPI again
