I was Not satisfied with my service. I came 9/16/2020. When I arrived the owner told me, he would have to charge me 80 instead of 65. He said my shipoo needed untangling. I verified that my dog would still look the same, once completed. He promised he would look his best. After 4 hours, i pick my dog up, and he has CUT ALL OF MY DOGS HAIR OFF. I have A fluffy dog, and that’s what I expect him to look like, when he finished. He seen I was upset when I picked Him up. The owner didn’t offer any explanation. I’m so mad because for 80, I could have shaved all my dogs hair off myself. I should Have used the groomer, I always Use; that’s what I get For being impatient. I have Added pictures of how he came in, and how he came out. He has the blue legs
