Once again, E.Smith has excelled. I needed a heater in my shop and it was installed perfectly yesterday (Henry is just the best installer!) I have been using E.Smith for several years now and, as a Harry Norman, Realtor with a focus on luxury homes in the Roswell area, I am always pleased to recommend them to my Clients with the confidence that E.Smith will make me look good. Well Done Guys!..... It has now been a week since E.Smith Heating & Air installed the new heater. It has really been working great! They specified a great solution.It is so nice to go to the app on my iPhone and turn the heat up in my shop. It has my shop all nice and warm 10 minutes later when I go out to work on my latest project. Nice! Really Nice!

My family and I put our faith and trust in E. Smith. Their service for us over the years has been exemplary. They install our equipment when it needs to be replaced, and they service it when ever it requires adjusting, which is rare. We have used their year-round service agreement for a long time, and will continue to do so. Today, service tech Cody arrived as scheduled, with his bright smile and enthusiastic eagerness to make certain that all is working properly. We scheduled our routine service call with Dakota in E. Smith's office. Competent enthusiastic service, which was well displayed by Dakota and Cody, keeps us as loyal customers (and friends) of E. Smith Heating and Air.

I have had an annual contract with E Smith for decades and am extremely pleased with the service I receive for my home's service. I called because of two months of excessively high electric bills on my heat pump and am satisfied now that the issue is not with the system, but due to other factors which I now know how to address. Due to my service contract this additional inspection was done at no charge.

When our HVAC needed repair in the 20 degree weather we were told the part was backordered. I spoke with Ryan on the phone. He was very understanding and said he would call back. He called back in 30 minutes and said he had been to the warehouse and the part was in his hands. Very courteous, trustworthy and reliable.

Been with them for a couple of years now. So far, so good. I'm happy with the unit they replaced and they're doing routine maintenance. Haven't had any experience with emergency service yet so we'll see how that goes. They did miss a special order request on this last maintenance visit so they get half-point off for that. :)
