They charged me 1100 dollars for changing a harness in the engine includes 700 labor fee. They should do a fairly good and detailed work at this price level but they did not. I find my old engine wire just under the hood. They just left it in the engine cabin. Additional, I waited for 30 minutes to get my car after check out. And nobody came to me to let me know that my car is ready, I just walked to my car myself and drove away without any communication with their staff.

Tried to look at used inventory online. Constantly blocked by popup bot asking if I need help Closed the chat box but as soon as i tried to look at a different car the chat bot blocked the view again. Gave up and will not view the site again. The TV commercial got me interested but the web site sent me searching for another dealership.
Came in today for the first time for an oil change. The express service was easy to find. However, they could have made the cone with the sign telling you to pull forward a little larger and brighter. Very easy to miss the sign if you don’t pay attention. The check in process was fast and painless. The waiting time was average. I only needed an oil change but it took an hour to get it done. Perhaps ‘express’ wasn’t meant express. The staff was friendly but not as welcoming like at Lexus or Acura dealerships. Maybe it’s a Honda dealership so can’t ask for too much in that regard. Overall, it wasn’t too bad like some of the reviews they had about this dealership. I was a little worried I might end up with a bad experience. In the end I am satisfied with the experience here. Next time I’ll check them out when I’m looking for a new car.
