5 stars all-around! My husband and I went in on a Saturday to figure out what we needed to install firelogs in our gas fireplace. Turner helped us and let us know what would work best for our space. He didn't oversell us and let us know what they had in stock that day. They scheduled our install that TUESDAY and Mark came out to install. Mark was fantastic! Friendly, professional and fast. We are so impressed with the before and after and the service that we received. I highly recommend using them & we were somewhat skeptical based on previous reviews but they exceeded our expectations!!

Initially, my experience was great! I spoke with a very nice salesman over the phone who was very helpful in identifying the products I needed and set me up with the owner to make payment and schedule installation. I was contacted by the owner who was also very nice and helpful throughout the transaction. The problems started with scheduling the installation. The date that was initially promised was suddenly unavailable. Then, once the date was settled, the time was changed a couple of times. Finally, the logs were installed on 2/4 and worked beautifully...for a day. The next day, they stopped working. We contacted Turner at the store. He and the technician spoke at length with my husband, only to say that they would have the technician contact him to come out to take a look. We never heard from him. My husband tried unsuccessfully to reach someone. I called Turner again on 2/11 and was told again that he would have the technician contact us. We still have not heard from him. I am deeply disappointed in the level of customer service we have received since our purchase, especially since things started off so well. I guess once they get your money, they don’t care anymore. Please learn from us and take your business elsewhere.

I had a great experience. Called today for help lighting the pilot light in my fireplace we purchased years ago. Cel came out right away. He cleaned out all the dust in it and made sure it was clean and safe. He lit the pilot light, showed me what had been wrong and explained how it all worked. He was nice, professional, and thorough. Can’t say enough good things about this company and my experience.

Found exactly what I needed. Other spots were quoting 12 weeks for orders but FC had exactly my needs in stock. Not the cheapest place around, but worth the speed and convenience.
