It's been 2 years since I have been back to my Firestone. Because quality of service and customer service attitude was just horrible. I took my 4 vehicles to another service provider. That said I have looking to try again. I am glad I did because our new manager Billy Hutchins. He is focused on rebuilding the grass roots community they once had at this location. I hope the district managers learn their corporate attitude is lacking. Also the main reason they had to purchase their main competitor due to corporate inability to reinvest in location with proper equipment are too slow and not showing any value back into the community they should be stewards to Billy if fighting for us again. And let's not forget David L. He is and has been a highly valued employee to me directly. So glad he stayed with us and is a great player for Billy to rebuild. I have a renewed faith in this team. Please give them a try again and get an oil change and introduce yourself to Billy and tell him your story about why you left so he can relay this back to corporate that really need to get the message.

i have been here twice and left disappointed both times. team is more concerned with telling you all the services you need to have done than completing the service you request. slow service, unfriendly pushy staff...you are better off having your car serviced somewhere else
Great honest leadership, quality work, and reasonable prices. Reason why they are very busy. Suggest using the app or website to make an appointment to make sure you get into their busy schedule at your convenience. I have been using Firestone CAC for years here and in Ohio.
It's a shame to have to write a review like this. Yet we are lucky we are able to protect one another through Google and other services that let the world know who is fair and who is not. AVOID THIS CANTON ROAD MARIETTA FIRESTONE LOCATION AND MANAGER LESLIE OR YOU WILL LIKELY BE RIPPED OFF. Firestone corporate policy is to GUARANTEE their tire repairs so if you get a tire plugged you can return to ANY Firestone and they will repair that plug for FREE. Unfortunately I was not near the original location (Perimeter) but I called them and they said I can go to ANY location. I went to the CANTON ROAD FIRESTONE and before the Manager LESLIE even LOOKED at my tire, she said they can't repair a problem plug a tire in the same spot if it was leaking (which completely opposes what the guarantee is) She said their repairs are NOT FREE AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE. AND before she even looked at the tire she said I probably need a NEW tire. I called the Perimeter location and asked them if I misunderstood their policy and they said I was correct. I asked them to speak with LESLIE who despite the conversation she REFUSED to follow the guarantee. I decided to leave and go back to the Perimeter location and asked LESLIE to just fill the tire with air and I would go to the Perimeter location but she REFUSED and told me I can fill it AT THE GAS STATION ACROSS THE STREET. What a shame for FIRESTONE to have a Manager who is ruining their business and the Firestone name. And what a disgraceful and unethical business they are running. People pay lots of money for Firestone franchises and one disgruntled employee with a little bit of power can completely destroy a business.
