I’d like to make a shout out to Fitness 1440 in how they cater to me and all my Sliver Sneaker friends. The Sliver Sneaker Classes are just right for us. I’ve taken a leap of faith in the last 6 months and hired Fidel, my trainer to work with me every week on my balance. My first time with a trainer! He’s fantastic. He listens very attentively to me and works me to my limits and ability. My balance and strength have improved tremendously. I love him but my friends work with other trainers and they all love their trainer the best! I feel very comfortable and safe going to the gym at this time. This is a great time to start because it’s not crowded and the staff give you all their attention. If you’re not familiar with Silver Sneakers it pays for gym membership if your insurance has that benefit for seniors.

My Husband and I love this gym. So much friendlier and more professional than other gyms in the area that we have been to. The staff here is great. Heather does a great job managing the gym. The gym is very clean and she is always there to assist if needed. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Patti who is also always there if you have questions. Our Training Pro, Fredo is so much fun and really works you hard. We enjoy the weight training. he is great! We won't go to another gym. this one is perfect for us!

Not only is this a 24/7 gym but the staff is friendly and helpful! I have Cody as a personal trainer and he has helped me take huge leaps in my fitness goals! It's also very clean and has a large selection of equipment to use!
