They installed a back-up camera on our Mercedes GLK fully integrated with the factory display screen. They also upgraded our Toyota Tundra headlights with white LED's, that look amazing. I went to this shop last Saturday 3/21, and asked they install some subwoofers I had recently purchased. They claimed install time would take 2-3 hours, it took 4 1/2, but I understand anything with vehicles can require a little extra time, so I’m not upset on this matter. However, on Monday (it rained) and I noticed my A/C wasn’t coming on due to the controls being disconnected for some reason. This called for me having to roll my windows all the way down so that I could see to get home. But this isn’t even the kicker. I call them the following Tuesday to set up an appointment to fix my A/C system and they tell me this isn’t something they mess with when installing speakers. Clearly they worked before I entered the shop and did not after I left, so they moved something. Due to technicians not being located on site, I am now having to drive in dangerous situations if rain occurs. Speaker good, service terrible.
