Disappointed.I had hoped to have found the best, but I'm let down after a borderline non-diagnosis. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I followed the prescribed therapy without result. At least everyone was very polite during the process.

I first saw Doctor Payne, who has to be the nicest doctor you could want... my right shoulder was in big trouble and Dr. Payne referred me to Dr. Dalton, who is a shoulder specialist... an MRI revealed that my shoulder had collapsed and required a replacement... all I can say is that I came through the surgery with ease and hardly any pain at all! I am truly grateful that I have full ROM and a shoulder that works! Thank you, Doctor Dalton! Staff is super nice and extremely friendly in both locations...

When you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile. The front office staff are very friendly. The wait time was about 15 minutes. The back office staff is also friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Payne explained everything in great detail and where I could understand what he was talking about. He took his time in the room with me, you don’t feel like you are being rushed in and out of the office! He gave me options with the pros and cons for each one, then let me decide which one I wanted to do giving me the opportunity to participate in my care. I know sometimes you aren’t able to have this, but it’s nice when you can and have a doctor that gives you the opportunity to do so. I wish I had seen him a lot sooner! Finally I went to checkout. I met another friendly person. She understood I have other appointments and was willing to work around them and with a smile. From their friendliness, concern for me, and professionalism I will not go any place else, this means everything to me!

Very efficient service. Everyone was so friendly. They are very thorough. The physician was very knowledgeable. I was equally impressed with the Therapy Department The young ladies there went out of their way to make you comfortable. They were great with their therapy procedures and suggestions. Highly recommend this practice.
