Surgery went alright (only issue is it took them a few tries to get the IV in the vein), however I was overcharged by over 800 and its been 6months with no refund. I was told to wait 4 to 6 weeks about 4 months ago and again today. Was given an email to their billing team for a clearer answer and they have not replied to any emails I have sent (I have sent several). I was only given an answer of 4-6 weeks (the second time i was told this after waiting 6 months or so after the first time) after the insurance I use called them directly when I tried to get help from them. I even offered to go into the office to pick up the check but there are no checks in office, unsurprisingly. How does an office have no checks? Please give me my money we are in a recession caused by a pandemic and I need this about 6 months ago.

Dr Bagheri and the rest of the staff have been excellent. They did a very good work and provided good support .My wisdom tooth extraction was painless and super quick.

Dr. Bagheri you are Awesome #1 my experience was very comfortable I had 3 teeth removed one was in my gum I was sooo afraid to have them removed but you and your team Kim and Chris ..and the front desk if I could give 10 stars or more you definitely deserve it

Absolutely horrible! Do not go to Dr. Shin! It’s crazy reading these reviews because my boyfriend is in extreme pain after having oral surgery here. He has so many cuts in his mouth like the doctor did not take any kind of care in to consideration. He did not even come in to speak to him before surgery. They just drugged him and that was it. No follow up call as if he didn’t spend 1400 here. I’ve had to take him to the emergency room because he’s in so much pain. I hate we ever came here! Take your money elsewhere! Find people that care. I’ve never seen anything like this.
