Can not say enough good things about this place. Got my car in within a day updated me daily and completed work earlier then anticipated. Felt very comfortable having them repair my Nearly new BMW. Excellent craftsmanship and service. Communication was superb.

Great place! Unfortunately, I've had to go here twice in the past year. I was very pleased both times. I received weekly status calls and occasional text messages to keep me informed of where my car was in the process. Very professional and personable. They do great work.
Had the worst possible experience with this shop even before I gave my car. Really bad communication. They never call back even after leaving several messages with their reception. After two weeks, I called again and got their estimator on the phone on a Friday at 4:57 PM.and her excuse was that they are really busy to return back phone calls. Basically that told me that they had no interest in my business. I am sure they are good at their work but they really need to work on their communication. If this is the case before giving the car, imagine what will it be after that. Very rarely have I retracted a negative review, but I am going that now. I was pleasantly surprised when Steve the manager of this branch called me up after reading my review. The way he spoke and requested me to give his branch another opportunity I realized this guy loves his job and was passionate about it. In spite of setting up an appointment with a different shop, I realized Steve would be the right guy to fix my car. Now as I write this review, he has fixed my car and also saved me a couple days as well. The humility, passion and transparency shown by Steve was a very refreshing experience for me.
Texted me daily with updates. My son was extremely happy when his car was completed.
