Justin, our salesman was on top of it when it comes to helping guide you through their inventory of cars and preparing each vehicle you wanted to test drive so there was no delay when each test drive was finished. He was truly great to work with! Faisal, the general manager, worked aggressively to secure us the best interest rate I’ve ever received when buying a car and was one of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. I spent a lot of time talking with him while they were detailing the vehicle I purchased and felt like I left there with a friend, not just someone trying to sell a car. I met Moises in February after a week of communicating back and forth about a BMW for sale. He is very honest and not like most dealers trying to just sell a car. We did some negotiating but at the end, we were happy when we were able to purchase the vehicle at our price point. The test drive was very enjoyable with Moises being very personable. There was no pushy sales and dragged out negotiations. I am very satisfied with the top customer service and knowledge that the staff at Gravity Autos Marietta. I will be happy to advise the public and even friends and family of mine to check this car lot out. The prices are affordable and your not there all day long like other dealerships. We didn’t close on the sale the same day since we arrived later in the evening and was very tired. We were offered to come back to sign all the papers after detailing a few days later. They even fixed the small scratches on the vehicle and made sure it was thoroughly detailed prior to delivery. Thank you Moises and staff for their top customer service and honesty.
