The guy told him he could take me at first. Another associate came out to service my car, but the original guy yelled at me & told me to back all the way out of the service station. Once I did so he said he couldn’t service my car for an oil change because my check engine light was on & my motor sounds funny. This is the second time I’ve been to this location & the white, red headed man (for not knowing his name) has been rude. Yet, the other Jiffy Lube thats 1 mile away will service my car. Guess there’s no all around standards for service or at least this one doesn’t have none.

They didn’t put my cap back on my engine after a oil change , I drove around for a Month not knowing my oil was leaning out the top plus my car wouldnt drive pass 40mph, they were very nonchalant about my concerns , the general manager Casey never came after I was promoted to speak with him . The staff is just all around unprofessional, I wouldn’t come here My lawyer is working the case now DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE IN .

Out of regular oil so had to go expensive synthetic. Technician was leaning on the fenders of my black Lexus SUV without fender aprons. Paid cash and they had ZERO money in the till. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for change for already unreasonably slow service. Very courteous service and very clean but still a black mark for a big facility.
