We needed a tow bad my brother's insurance co towing service is trash. He had been waiting since 8:45pm for service. The police pulled behind and advised him to move his car or they will tow it for him. His insurance tow said ETA is 10:05 the cops said 10:10 pm. No word from the tow its 10:10pm finally dispatch answers and says the tow is still 40 min out. Brother was furious. I called K O towing they say 35 min I got you. We explain the situation dude says no problem I got you 35min... and I kidd you not they got to us in 10 min saved the freaking night! I appreciate a company that understands urgency. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER! I Definitely recommend K O Services!

Today at 5am I was awakened with my car being taken by your company. Unfortunately I understand your work but I'm sick and it was the only place I managed to park the car. I do not agree on the fine payment amount. Usually companies leave notice before taking any action. As I am sick and we have to do social isolation, I left the car closer to the apartment to be able to get out with the heavy rain. Unfortunately with the medicines I ended up sleeping. I want you to understand that I don't agree with the fine and that you could notify the cars before any action. I want to know which table of values \u200b\u200byou have. The boy asked to pay 100 dollars and the value is usually 75 dollars
I work for an apartment community and we have had problems with this company in the past but I believe they got new management recently and the customer service has been amazing. Greg does a great job, he’s very professional, kind, and communicative. Thanks KO for making our jobs easier!
Was confronted by one of the drivers while driving on the interstate. Claimed I cut him off even though I saw him the whole time and put my signal on to let him know I was getting over. Afterwards, he proceeds to roll his window down and call me every swear word known to man before speeding off dangerously towards the nearest exit. I will be making it a point to never use this service and to steer away all my associates as well.
