Great customer service. Ben is a terrific representative of this company! Thank you, Kone!

Horrible service. These guys lock you into a contract for your business and then treat you like trash. You can't even change companies because they have a gun to your head and say you have to pay the remaining months of service. Many times we called and they don't show up. Most recently we call them in the morning and they call back at the end of the day and say its going to be extra charge to have someone come out after hours. What kind of BS is this? Never choose Kone for your elevator company. This is supposed to be a reliable and important aspect of our business, we are extremely upset and disappointed.

My apartment has these elevators. It was built February 2018 so I’m assuming these elevators were installed around the same time just about a year and 5 months ago. These elevators are the slowest things in the world and when I click the button to go down it will open when someone is going to and take me up before going down. Now I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure elevators were designed to go to the floor or at least the direction that you tell it. No other elevators ever do this and it is very annoying. I’m not the only one who thinks this though everyone in my apartment including the leasing agents have commented about these elevators. Just fix this design flaw and make them open/quicker. If I’m rushing for work or running from a villain you can guarantee won’t make it.

Reviews don’t lie! Save the 2 people that work there, any actual review is the same score. I purchased a building that KONE Elevators & Escalators previously serviced. I called them to come out and quote what a new service plan was. Ben called me and said he would have someone out in the next 48 hours. Then there was no response for over a month. I Wrapped up other projects and then called them again, thinking I missed their call. The service center said my request had been closed - no call, no email. Ben refused to talk to me and the customer service rep had to tell me that they didn’t want to service “that type of elevator anymore.” Ben finally called after saying he’s been extremely busy and just didn’t have time to follow up. Terrible experience. Don’t use them.

This is perhaps the worst company I've encountered in Atlanta. Our elevator has been down for 7 months and they are incompetent to fix it. They are non responsive and stupid. I sincerely hope a company this bad finds its deserving bankruptcy in the near future. Another example of an evil company that has monopolized an industry and should be broken up by the government. Overcharges and under services customers.
