The ability to get in contact with any of the office staff is near impossible. I am a former patient and have been trying to contact them to get my records released for two days with no response. While I was a patient with them I had some concerns early in my pregnancy and it took the nurse over 6 hours to get back to me and even then she gave me little to no comfort. I really loved the NP Ashley Montcalm but one of the first doctors that I saw was a bit abrasive and gave me a lot of anxiety about my pregnancy. I would say that you have any sort of anxieties and like to have comfort in getting answers quick do not go here

I love coming here. Everyone is always professional. It's always clean and inviting here. You can always tell that Everyone is doing their job and there's hardly ever a long wait time between arrival and your actual visit. Best location ever!!!

Amy Gaynor NP is absolutely AMAZING. She truly cares for her patients and their success. She helped me tremendously in getting my life back in order. The staff is also very educated and helpful taking their time with each patient. I drive from Augusta for my annual exam because they are that good!

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of care that Dr Stacy Sims gives consistently. She asks pertinent questions and she really listens. She seems to have a broader perspective of women's physical health than most obgyn doctors I have seen. I feel she is really invested in her patients health, and I have had very positive experiences with her office staff as well. I give them a 10!

Let me first say that the doctor and nurse staff is absolutely incredible. Ashley in particular is very informative, warm, knowledgeable and overall every thing you can ask for in your doctor. My issue is with the front desk, one lady in particular. I don't realize if she understands she's in the business of CUSTOMER SERVICE, but her attitude is not the least bit inviting. I've had back to back issues with her, and just felt she was incredibly cold and dismissive. I will get the necessary testing thats required during the 12th week of my pregnancy, but I am actively looking for a more friendlier OBGYN facility that my insurance Aetna will take. I refused to allow anyone to ruin this beautiful experience, especially not the facility I'm depending on for care throughout my pregnancy.
